Daily Horoscope: Moon in Pisces to Aries
September 3, 2020
Moon in Pisces to Aries, Thursday, September 3, joins Neptune early in the day, resulting in increased sensitivity, dream hangover, and what I call “full moon fallout”. If the Pisces waves of full moon energy were emotionally rough the last two days, you could feel disoriented until later this afternoon when the moon enters the fire sign of Aries — the cardinal sign that says “I am”- restoring a clear sense of self and direction. The moon forms a dynamic aspect pattern called a Mystic Rectangle, consisting of sextiles and trines between moon, Venus in Cancer, Mercury in Virgo, and Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn in Capricorn, that enclose two oppositions between moon/Mercury and Venus/Saturn. I often compare a Mystic Rectangle to four horses yoked together to pull a stagecoach. Despite the power of those favorable trines and sextiles, it requires the skill and concentration of a driver (you) to direct the intensity of the two contained oppositions toward transformation. A friend posted on social media that she is feeling melancholy (an expected side effect of a Pisces Full Moon) and the weight of history (a natural response to the Venus/Saturn opposition) but as the moon enters assertive Aries later today, she (and you) will have the opportunity to use the lessons of history for constructive awareness and action.
