Moon in Gemini, Wednesday, April 10, may make you susceptible to persuasion, fantasy, escapism, and even deception as the moon forms a T-square with Venus, Neptune, and Mercury in Pisces, and Jupiter in Sagittarius. While the sun in Aries trine to Jupiter indicates new paths can be explored and growth is possible, the quincunx between the moon and Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn, and the sextile between the Pisces planets and the Capricorn planets tells you that there are no shortcuts — and you have to be prepared to “pay the piper”. In the story of the Pied Piper, villagers offered to pay the piper to rid their town of rats. After he did so, they refused to pay him, so he played his music again and led the children of the town away. I learned that this story has an historical background, although no one is certain whether the 130 children of Hamelin were taken by an actual person, or whether the “piper” represents death. Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn aspecting the moon today could remind you of your own age and mortality, and the mutable T-square may influence you to seek to recapture lost youth, or avoid the inevitability of maturing and the weight of responsibility. It is easier to go back in your memory, than it is in reality.
