Moon in Gemini, Thursday, November 14, presents a balancing act as the moon creates two distinctly different aspect patterns. The Yod pattern involving the moon, Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn, and Mercury retrograde and the sun in Scorpio stresses the importance of serious investigation, conversation, and decisions that could involve a renewed commitment to working at something that all signs point toward as being inescapable. However, the second aspect pattern is a mutable T-square involving the moon, Neptune in Pisces, and Venus in Sagittarius, stimulating a desire for evasion or at least a postponement on the delivery of the personal promise or work deadline of the Yod. Part of adulting is doing things you have to, even if you don’t want to, as well as considering and accepting the consequences when you don’t do what you should, or said you would. Gemini is a mutable (adaptable) air sign associated with imagination, communication, original ideas, and brotherly love. Bounce your feelings and thoughts off a friend, or make yourself available to someone who could use a listening ear. Teamwork can can overcome the procrastination and avoidance of the T-square as well as deepen bonds of friendship. Interruptions may have to be dealt with as they arise, but focus on completing one or two major tasks today.
